Each lender has different requirements and it is better to bring more rather than less to an interview:
- Bring identification documents ( 100 points), such as Passport, Drivers License, Credit Cards, Medibank cards.
- Bring substantial proof of income such as several pay slips, two years tax returns, letters from employers, confirmation of any Social Security benefits and if you are self employed bring at least the latest two years financial statements.
- Bring 12 months statements for any loans being refinanced, six months of bank, credit card and personal or hire purchase statements.
- Bring Insurance certificates and rates notices for any existing property.
- Bring copies of Company Constitution and Trust deeds if the borrowing is to be in a company or trust name.
- Bring a copy of the Offer to Purchase Contract or Shire approved Plans and Building Contract.
- Have a good knowledge of your current financial position and monthly budget.In the case of joint loans or loans to be guaranteed, bring all parties to the interview.
- Bring every thing else that you might believe to be relevant.
